Shipping policy

We ship via USPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders.

Customer pays for shipping on all items unless a promotion is being offered for free shipping. 

DHL and USPS First class Items are shipped within 1-3 business days of order being placed.

If priority shipping is purchased, items are shipped in accordance with those delivery times. Please note Rael Cohen Jewelry is not responsible for what happens to the order once it is in the hands of a delivery service.

Return labels will be provided in case of damage or defects in order to exchange merchandise.
