Pricing:
All prices are in US dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minmum Orders:
A minimum order of $500 is required for all initial orders. A 50% deposit is required upfront to cover production costs, with the balance being due upon completion.
Changes and Cancelations:
Any changes or cancelations must be communicated within two business days, or before a production order is submitted.
Payment Methods:
All major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, Transferwise and Checks are all acceptable forms of payment. Please note there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
Delivery and Shipping:
If we do not have the items in stock, please allow for 4-5 weeks to custom produce your order. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total once it is ready. International shipping is available via DHL.
Damages or Defects:
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within seven business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Any defective merchandise with be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if held for more than two weeks after receipt.
Returns or Exchanges:
Wholesale merchandise cannot be returned. Exchanges can be made in case of defects as noted above.
